摘要 <p>The present study tried to verify whether an intestinal agent and an antidiarrheal agent have an effect of suppressing the proliferation of food poisoning bacteria, whether the proliferation of food poisoning bacteria is controlled when lactic acid bacteria contained in the intestinal agent are separated and then co-cultured with the food poisoning bacteria, and whether, if the control ideally occurs, the supply of sugar and whey can increase the control efficiency. Twelve mice are divided into four groups with three mice, and one group is prepared for a control group, and the other three groups are set for groups of Ercefuryl, Lalacan, and a mixture of Ercefuryl and Lalacan. Appropriate amounts of the intestinal agent and the antidiarrheal agent are calculated referring to data of experiment″A″, and then the drugs are mixed with 200 ml of distilled water. The weight change is observed for 2 weeks. The experiment was carried out for largely five items: analysis of major ingredients of the intestinal and antidiarrheal agent; change in the proliferation of food poisoning bacteria after addition of the intestinal and antidiarrheal agent; antagonistic actions of probiotic lactic acid bacteria and food poisoning bacteria; antibiotic effects of the intestinal and antidiarrheal agent on probiotic lactic acid bacteria and food poisoning bacteria; and effects of whey addition on the proliferation of probiotic lactic acid bacteria. The intestinal and antidiarrheal agent without lactic acid bacteria, Ercefuryl or Talstop, showed the possibility that E. collie or Salmonellae obtains resistance, but the probiotic agent, Duore or Lalacan, showed that the lactic acid bacteria reduced the number of harmful microorganisms through natural competition to maintain the intestinal balance, and such an effect can be increased by adding sugar and whey with appropriate concentrations. Therefore, it will be ideal to prescribe a probiotic agent together with whey containing an appropriate amount of sugar at the time of an intestinal agent proscription.</p>
