The present invention relates to an apparatus to manufacture a wrinkle prevention stand for a hanger. The apparatus to manufacture a wrinkle prevention stand for a hanger which includes a frame; a base paper supply unit wherein base paper wound around a base paper roller toward one side of the frame is supplied to a base paper liner cutting unit while being unwound toward the other side; a base paper liner cutting unit formed of multiple base paper liners by having the base paper cut in multiple rows in a direction in which a machine is operated; a locking end forming unit having locking ends divided by a separation line on the cut base paper liners in a longitudinal direction to maintain predetermined intervals in a vertical direction; a wrinkle prevention forming unit wherein a wrinkle prevention unit is heated, pressed, and formed in a U-shape in the direction in which a machine is operated on the base paper liners on which the locking ends are divided; a locking end removal unit wherein the locking ends connected by the separation line on the base paper liners having the wrinkle prevention unit formed are separated and removed by air to form a wrinkle prevention stand; a hardener applying unit wherein hardener is applied on the wrinkle prevention stand; and a drying unit wherein the wrinkle on which the hardener is applied is heated and dried. Accordingly, the present invention prevents base paper from being stuck during a moving process, thereby preventing a work from being delayed to improve productivity, reducing defects in a product, and preventing a portion formed to have the U-shape of the wrinkle prevention stand from being deformed in order to improve product quality. |
