<p>The present invention relates to a video synopsis system. The video synopsis system includes: an image recording unit which records an image on the front; a recording time setting unit which sets the time for the image recording unit to record the image on the front; an object extraction unit which separates the image input from the image recording unit into a background image and a foreground image to extract the objects included in the input image based on a background model built through Gaussian mixture modeling; and an object tracking unit (5) which uses a Kalman filter and the object information extracted from the background model and tracks the object in the image.</p> |
