<p>Provided is a novel variety of plant which can be used as vegetables for ssam, green vegetable juice, salads, kimchi, and ingredients of soup by having Chinese cabbage as a raw material for breeding. Moreover, another technical subject to be solved in the present invention is providing a method for breeding the novel variety of plant. Provided is a novel variety of Brassica lee ssp. nami cv. Tongssamchoo which is grown by inducing interspecies hybridization of cabbage and Chinese cabbage by using the Chinese cabbage as a raw material for breeding and performing a system purification and self-incompatibility test and a seed productivity test, and propagating by seed or asexual propagation by tissue culture. The method for breeding a novel variety of Brassica lee ssp. nami cv. Tongssamchoo comprises the steps of: (S1) selecting a plant individual A of 2n=40 by selecting a system having the trait of cabbage; (S2) selecting a plant individual B of 2n=40 by selecting a system having the trait of cabbage; (S3) obtaining a seed F1 by forming the combination of obtained plant individual A and B of 2n=40 and hybridizing; and (S4) obtaining Brassica lee ssp. nami cv. Tongssamchoo by obtaining a seed F2 which does not have the hair and has wide petiole, and a seed F3 in sequence.</p> |
