<p>The present invention deals with the extraction of oils in order to obtain hydrocarbons for vehicle fuels from plant parts. In order to provide an extraction of oils from plant material with a minimum of cost for an economical fuel production method, a system (10) comprises a fluid guide device (12) through which a liquid mixture (14) comprising oil-containing plant parts and a carrier liquid is able to flow. The oil-containing plant parts have cellular membranes that surround the areas containing oil. In addition, the invention provides a feed device (18) for feeding the liquid mixture and a discharge device (20) for discharging the liquid mixture. The fluid guide device comprises at least one convergent-divergent nozzle region (22), wherein in the convergent-divergent nozzle region shear force gradients of such strength can be generated in the liquid mixture in that the cellular membrane ruptures and the oil is released.</p> |
