<p>Pigments and extenders are mixed with binder solns. The dispersion leaving the through-flow dispersion container is mixed in an attached mixing container. The dispersion composn., already in the dispersion container, is measured into a backflow bypass or into the main stream between the dispersion and mixer containers.
