<p>The present invention relates to a composition for inducing muscle cell differentiation from stem cells and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases related to muscle loss, which efficiently induces muscle cells from stem cells by targeting histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) as a new differentiation control; and can be widely used for treating and preventing diseases related to various muscle loss like muscular dystrophy, myositis and fibrosis by regenerating a loss of muscle tissues.</p> |
