Embodiments of the present invention relate to a seal tape and a secondary battery. The seal tape of the present invention comes in contact with an electrolyte to expand by comprising an adhesive layer including an adhesive composition containing a polymer having a polar functional group-containing monomer in a polymerization unit, so that the seal tape can be attached to and detached from an electrode assembly. Accordingly, in a step of repeatedly charging and discharging the secondary battery, the isotropic volume expansion and shrinkage of the electrode assembly can be induced, and an electrode disconnection phenomenon can be alleviated. |
