<p>The present invention discloses a method, system and wireless communication device for performing auxiliary signal transmission for an adjacent channel. The method comprises: selecting from adjacent channels of a transmission channel of the wireless communication device an adjacent channel requiring and allowing auxiliary signal transmission of an existing signal on the adjacent channel; determining an auxiliary signal generating mode for the existing signal on the selected adjacent channel; generating an auxiliary signal locally at a place where the wireless communication device is located according to the determined auxiliary signal generating mode, and transmitting an auxiliary signal on a corresponding adjacent channel. According to the solution provided by the present invention, through the auxiliary signal transmission for the adjacent channel of the transmission channel of the wireless communication device, namely increasing the power of a wireless signal on the adjacent channel of the working channel, the interference to the adjacent channel from the transmission channel of the wireless communication device is suppressed, the guard bandwidth between the transmission channel of the wireless communication device and the adjacent channel is reduced, the usage efficiency of the frequency spectrum is increased, and the coverage performance of the adjacent channel of the transmission channel of the wireless communication device is improved.</p> |
