<p>The device (1) has a heating circuit (10) for a heat transfer medium (F) comprising a heater (11) and a heat exchanger (12) i.e. radiator (13) or floor heating, where the heat exchanger and an air-heat exchanger (23) are thermally coupled to a building part (2). A periphery of the heat exchanger is thermally coupled to a periphery (3) of the building part. A heat pump (20) i.e. split air conditioner, has a control unit (21) connected with a controllable valve (15) i.e. electronic thermostat (16), in the heating circuit by a communication link (30). An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an air conditioning apparatus.</p> |
