The present invention relates to an automatic folding tripod on which a camera or a mobile phone is mounted. The automatic folding tripod comprises: a fixed rod; a lift adjusting rod slidingly coupled to the inside of the fixed rod to protrude downward; an adjustable connector fixed to the lift adjusting rod and having three first coupling units at equal intervals of 120°; a fixed connector fixed to the bottom of the lift adjusting rod and having second coupling units corresponding to the first coupling units; and an adjustable support member consisting of a support leg having one side hinged to the first coupling unit of the adjustable connector and an adjustable leg having one side hinged to the second coupling unit of the fixed connector and the other side linked to the support leg. When the fixed connector touches the ground, the adjustable support member is spread by a load to enable automatic installation by the support leg. When the fixed rod is lifted up so that the support leg does not touch the ground, the lift adjusting rod and the fixed connector are lifted down by self-weight to fold the adjustable support member. |
