<p>An apparatus for protecting an inverter for an eco-friendly vehicle comprises: a power semiconductor of an inverter for vehicles; a control unit applying input signals to a gate of the power semiconductor; an abnormal signal blocking unit blocking an abnormal signal among the applied input signals; and a noise blocking unit preventing noises from being generated in the gate of the power semiconductor. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent current charging between the gate and an emitter when dv/dt increases instantaneously, thereby preventing the gate from being turned on abnormally when the power semiconductor is turned off.</p> |
