METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILAMENT AND A AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILAMENT BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fully aromatic polyamide filament and the fully aromatic polyamide filament manufactured thereby are provided to uniformly solidify the surface and the inner side of an object by passing the object through a dry nitrogen fluid layer heated by 60-120°C. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fully aromatic polyamide filament includes the following steps: spinning dope through a spinning nozzle(1) after manufacturing the spinning dope; passing the object through a nitrogen fluid layer(3) heated by 60-120°C formed between a spinner lower part and a coagulation bath; and passing the object through the coagulation bath(4). A height of the nitrogen fluid layer is 5-50mm. The inherent viscosity of the wholly aromatic polyamide polymer is 5.5-7.0.
