<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly divide and hierarchize an existing job operation management system by connecting jobs without increasing jobs which are not related to a business, when connecting jobs of different job networks. <P>SOLUTION: A job operation management system comprises: a schedule database 110 for storing preceding job-waiting conditions; a job definition database 111 for storing definition information of jobs; a job state database 112 for storing states of jobs; a job scheduling program 102 for controlling execution sequence of jobs; and a job execution program 103 for determining whether execution of a job to which a waiting condition is set is completed, and executing a job to which a waiting condition is set by referring to the job state database 112 if the execution is completed.
