<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by eliminating attachment/detachment work of an extrusion rod when a cutter mount is mounted or replaced and reduce wear of the extrusion rod for removing punched chips from a punching blade .SOLUTION: A first extrusion rod 18 is movably fitted into each of a plurality of through holes 16 bored on a knife cylinder 10, and a second extrusion rod 36 is movably fitted into a second through hole 34 bored on a cutter mount 12, so as to enable the second extrusion rod 36 to abut on the first extrusion rod 18. An extrusion lever 30 for extruding punched chips a is fitted at an outer end of the second extrusion rod 36. An eccentric cylinder 14 for extruding the first extrusion rod 18 during extrusion of the punched chips a is installed inside the knife cylinder 10 and a moving stroke is restricted so as to prevent an outer end 18a of the first extrusion rod 18 from projecting outwards beyond a knife cylinder outer peripheral face 10a all the time. Preferably, the first extrusion rod 18 and the second extrusion rod 36 are made of self-lubricating resin or a wear-resistant material.</p> |
