<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a plurality of good click feelings and smoothly change the plurality of click feelings. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric component comprises a housing, an inner shaft member 50 and an outer shaft member 80 that are held to be coaxially rotatable and, a click member 60 that is provided with concentrically a plurality of annular click cams 604 different from each other in the number of convexoconcaves formed of alternate hill parts and valley parts and that rotates integrally with the inner shaft member 50 and is biased in a shaft axial direction, and a plurality of engaging projections that engage and disengage with the click cams 604 in accordance with rotation of the inner shaft member 50.
