The present invention relates to: a strain that has activity of decomposing biogenic amine separated from Korean seasoning, and selected from a group consisting of Bacillussubtilis SCC B1110, SCK B1108, SCK B1109, SCS B1106 and Bacillusamyloliquefaciens SCS B1307; and food including the same strain. Five kinds of Bacillius strains, separated from Korean traditional seasoning, effectively decomposes biogenic amine, generated during a fermentation process of the seasoning. Therefore, non-toxic and safe seasoning can be manufactured by using the strains. The strains are expected to be advantageously used in industries. |
