<p>The present invention relates to a multi-layer reinforced board to absorb and exclude sounds, and a method for heat treatment thereof. According to a Cr-Mo alloy steel composition, as the alloy steel composition includes an aluminum (Al) of 1.0-2.5 wt% of a total compensation weight, stabilizes the inside of the composition and forms an Al_2O_3 layer on a surface of the composition to improve resistance to hydrogen brittleness. Therefore, the Cr-Mo alloy steel composition with excellent hydrogen brittleness resistance is desirably applied to a hydrogen storage container or a pipe of a hydrogen fuel battery vehicle, having an effect of improving economic efficiency when compared to a conventional stainless steel.</p> |
