The present invention relates to an apparatus for perforating a circle hole, which comprises: a fixated frame unit with supporting boards which are vertically upward extended from each individual rectangular corner; a movable frame unit with height adjusting boards which are extended vertically downward from each of the rectangular corners and are coupled to each of the supporting boards; rectangular shackles which are placed in the upper part of the rectangular corners of the movable frame; a first and a second horizontal guide bar which is assembled by each of the rectangular shackles and are installed in parallel in the upper part of the movable frame; a first vertical guide bar which is positioned at the front side of the frame unit, and is assembled and fixed to the first and second horizontal guide bars; a second vertical guide bar which is positioned at the middle of the frame unit, and is assembled and fixed to the first and second horizontal guide bars; a third vertical guide bar which is positioned at the back side of the frame unit, and is assembled and fixed to the first and second horizontal guide bars; a drill mounting unit which a drill is mounted onto and which is installed in the first vertical guide bar; shackling units which shackle a round axis bar, and are installed in the first and second vertical guide bars respectively; and a bite set unit which is assembled to fixed to a boring bar, and rotates by the rotational force of the drill by being connected with the round axis bar. Therefore, the apparatus for perforating a circle hole can safely perform perforating work, can improve perforating accuracy, and can reduce fatigue of a worker, by mounting the drill and the bite set unit, and including a worktable for adjusting forward and backward, horizontal, and vertical positions, and a horizontal device for checking degrees of horizontality and straightness.
