<p>The present invention relates to a welding robot setting guide apparatus capable of adjusting a height individually, which comprises: height adjustment legs vertically installed to vertically penetrate four edges of a robot base having a welding robot installed thereon; height adjustment boxes fixed to four edges of the upper surface of the robot base from which the height adjustment legs protrude, and having guide slots vertically formed in the rear sides thereof; guide blocks inserted into the guide slots, moved up and down along the guide slots, and allowing the tops of the height adjustment legs to be fixed thereto; ball screws having one ends penetrating the height adjustment boxes and bearing-fixed, and having the other ends penetrating the guide blocks and thread-fastened; driving motors installed in the height adjustment boxes, separated from the ball screws at distances, and having rotary shafts penetrating the upper sides of the height adjustment boxes and exposed; driving pulleys fixed on the rotary shafts of the driving motors; and driven pulleys fixed to the tops of the ball screws, and connected to the driving pulleys through belts. The welding robot setting guide apparatus according to the present invention is capable of guiding the welding robot to be set to allow relative positions between a welding portion and a robot base to accurately correspond to each other, thereby improving efficiency and convenience in a welding work.</p> |
