PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce search time for searching for an optimal impedance value by calculating an evaluation amount while efficiently reducing combination candidates of impedance candidates of all antennas.SOLUTION: A radio communication device for performing radio communication by means of a MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) system comprises: an evaluation amount calculation unit 6 for calculating an evaluation amount of a radio propagation path with the use of propagation path estimation information; a reduction candidate number determination unit 7 for reducing the number of combination candidates of impedance of antennas based on the evaluation amount; an impedance control unit 8 for calculating combinations of impedance of the antennas corresponding to the number of the reduced candidates, and based on the evaluation amount, for selecting any one of combinations of impedance; and an impedance adjusting unit 2 for adjusting impedance of each of the antennas based on the selected combination of impedance. |
