<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of easily fixing a metallic protective pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A protective pipe fixing structure includes a terminal protective cap 30 and a protector 20. The terminal protective cap 30 is disposed at an end of a metallic protective pipe 12 for protecting an electric wire 11 in the inside. The protector 20 covers at least the vicinity of the end of the protective pipe 12 where the terminal protective cap 30 is disposed. On the outer peripheral surface of the terminal protective cap 30, projected parts 36, 37 are formed along the circumferential direction of the protective pipe 12. The protector 20 includes a cap receiving part 24 for receiving the terminal protective cap 30. On the cap receiving part 24, a contact wall 25 in a shape along the outer peripheral surface of the terminal protective cap 30 is formed.
