<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder quantitative feeder capable of preventing occurrence of a discharge defect. <P>SOLUTION: The powder quantitative feeder includes: a hopper-shaped powder storage tank; an opening/closing device provided at a lower end discharge part of the powder storage tank; and a quantitative cut-out machine disposed at a lower part of the opening/closing device, connected to a discharge port thereof and quantitatively cutting out powder in the powder storage tank. The quantitative cut-out machine is constituted with: a cylindrical casing 21 having a guide port 22a for leading out formed in a bottom plate 22 thereof; a rotary shaft body 27 having a truncated conical shape, rotatably provided on the bottom plate 22 of the cylindrical casing 21 and having a powder raking up material 29 protruded to the outer periphery thereof; and an electric motor 31 rotating the rotary shaft body 27. A pressure sensor 51 is disposed on an upper end flat part of the rotary shaft body 27 and the pressure measured by the pressure sensor 51 is input to a control part of the opening/closing device to control the pressure value so as to be within a prescribed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
