<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target detection device capable of detecting a proximate target by suppressing widening of targets. <P>SOLUTION: The target detection device includes: a likelihood ratio calculation unit 103 of each pixel of an observed image by a sensor unit 101; a track/score calculation unit for calculating the track score of a current frame pixel by using the likelihood ratio, a track score of each pixel of last frame, a VSM value, and a tracking prediction value, a tracking processing unit 105 for calculating a prediction position at a next frame image, a VSM calculation unit 106 for each pixel of the current frame image, an initial search processing unit 107 for executing initial search processing of a pixel satisfying an initial search condition among pixels set in a competitive relationship when competition occurs, a track score correction unit 108 for correcting the track score based on the size of the VSM value of each pixel of the current frame image, and a detection processing unit 110 for executing threshold processing for the corrected track score of each pixel of the current frame image to detect a target pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
