The present invention includes a first electrode having an upper side and a lateral side, a resistance variable layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the resistance variable layer. The resistance variable layer is extended along the upper side and the lateral side of the first electrode. The second electrode has a lateral side. A part of the lateral side of the first electrode and a part of the lateral side of the second electrode are sandwiched with a part of the resistance variable layer. |
