<p>The present invention relates to a sensor for performing qualitative and quantitative detection and analysis on a cation including a lanthanide composite structure, and a detection and analysis method using the same and, more specifically, to a sensor for detection and analysis capable of performing qualitative and quantitative detection and analysis on a cation in an object to be detected using a lanthanide composite through a character of reducing luminescent property by iron exchange caused by a difference of electro negativity in a cation, wherein the lanthanide composite structure is formed by a self-assembly process of a building block including peptide-binding and carboxyl group and a process of electrostatic coupling between lanthanide ion and carboxyl group.</p> |
