<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker configured in such a manner that dust and the like do not fall onto and cooling air does not directly blow against a particular part of a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: An insulator 26 is disposed so as to cover the whole circuit board control part 28 mounted with a control system element and to contact with an edge of a mounting surface side of a heat sink 24.
