<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast transmission apparatus capable of distributing an access control program by a data carousel. <P>SOLUTION: A digital broadcast transmission apparatus 1 includes: distribution data generation means 13 for encrypting an access control program by a master secret key and generating distribution data by the data type of a data carousel; distribution data scramble means 14 for encrypting the distribution data by a scramble key and generating encryption distribution data; common information generation means 15 for encrypting the scramble key by a transmission line protection key and generating common information; individual information generation means 16 for encrypting the transmission line protection key by a master key and generating individual information; download table generation means 17 for generating a download table including an identifier which indicates a fact that the access control program is transmitted by the data carousel; and multiplex means 19 for multiplexing the generated information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
