<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower which makes blow blown to an internal combustion engine 1 into a state close to actual traveling wind when an evaluation test of cooling performance by traveling wind is performed for the internal combustion engine 1. <P>SOLUTION: The blower includes a blow box 3 for the internal combustion engine, and in the blow box 3, a blow outlet 9 to the internal combustion engine is provided in a portion on the internal combustion engine side and blow inlets 7 and 8 from a blow fan are provided in a portion on an opposite side of the internal combustion engine. In the blow box 3, vertical wing plate rows 18 and 22 configured by arranging a plurality of sheets of movable wing plates rotating around a vertical axis and lateral wing plate rows 19 and 23 configured by arranging a plurality of sheets of movable wing plates rotating around a lateral axis are disposed on front and rear sides, and blow release ports 20 and 24 with shutters are provided in a portion on an upper stream side than the vertical wing plate rows 18 and 22 and the lateral wing plate rows 19 and 23 in the blow box 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
