The present invention relates to a stacking device of fuel cell stacks, and a method thereof. In particular, the present invention provides a stacking device of fuel cell stacks, which comprises a supply unit (100) for supplying fuel cell stacks, which consist of a separation plate and a membrane electrode assembly (MEA); a stacking unit (200) for stacking the stacks supplied from the supply unit (100); and a tightness examination unit (300) for dividing the stacked stacks from the stacking unit (200) and examining the tightness. The stacking method of the present invention comprises a stack supply step (S10) of supplying fuel cell stacks consisting of a separation plate and a membrane electrode assembly; a stacking step (S20) of stacking the stacks supplied at the stack supply step (S10); and a stack tightness examination step of dividing the stacks stacked through the stacking step (S20) and examining the tightness. According to the present invention, the stacks in the process of stacking are moved to the tightness examination process to divide and examine so that an optimal stacking amount can be re-stacked when leakage occurs, thereby improving the efficiency of the tightness examination through the divided examination. Further, after the tightness examination task, the stacks are re-sent to the stacking process so as to be further stacked. A tightness examination process is conducted even after the further stacking, and unloading is performed to the additionally loaded portion when leakage occurs, thereby increasing the reliability of the stacked degree, and increasing the marketability. Furthermore, the process necessary for the complete stack is automatically processed, thereby increasing the work convenience. |
