摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin extrusion foamed heat insulating plate having a low thermal conductivity and excellent in heat insulation over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin extrusion foamed heat insulating plate is prepared by using: as a base material a mixture in which a relatively large amount of an amorphous or a low-crystalline polyester resin is blended in a polystyrene resin, wherein the polyester resin exhibits an endothermic peak heat quantity of <5 J/g (including 0) resulted from fusion of the polyester resin based on a DSC curve acquired by a heat flux differential scanning calorimeter at a heating rate of 10°C/min according to "a case of measuring heat of fusion after a fixed thermal treatment" (the heating rate and the cooling rate in the condition regulation of a test piece are each made to be 10°C/min) described in JIS K7122 (1987); and a physical foaming agent which has a high permeation speed to the polystyrene resin. The thermoplastic resin extrusion foamed heat insulating plate is excellent in production stability in extrusion foaming, has no irregular waviness on the foam surface, has a sufficient thickness, a high foaming ratio and a high closed cell ratio, has a low thermal conductivity and is excellent in heat insulation over a long period, is especially excellent in radiation heat insulation, and has heat resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
