<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating a wave shape for a rubber article reinforcement formed with a waveform. <P>SOLUTION: When L1, N, and L2 represent the supplied length before a waveform is formed, the number of waves applied to the reinforcement, and the length of the rubber article reinforcement after the waveform is formed, respectively, the waveform of a rubber article reinforcement having a triangular waveform is evaluated by a wavelengthλand an amplitude a represented by the following equations (1), (2), and (3), and the waveform of a rubber article reinforcement having the waveform is evaluated by a wavelengthλand an amplitude a represented by the following equations (1), (2), (4), and (5): L=L1/N...(1);λ=L2/N...(2); a=((L/2)<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-(λ/2)<SP POS="POST">2</SP>)<SP POS="POST">1/2</SP>...(3); b=(3L/2+λ/2)/8...(4); and a=2×(b<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-(λ/4)<SP POS="POST">2</SP>)<SP POS="POST">1/2</SP>...(5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
