The purpose of the present invention is to provide a material, which has excellent electrical characteristics and light emitting performance, and a high glass transition temperature, can prevent crystallization, and is appropriate for fluorescent and phosphorescent diodes of every colors such as red, green, blue, white, etc.; and an organic light emitting diode including the same, which has a high efficiency, a low voltage, a high brightness and a long life. In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a heterocyclic compound represented by chemical formula 1, and an organic light emitting diode including the same.
