The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a vinyl chloride-based resin which minimizes fatty alcohol usage by allowing fatty alcohol to be uniformly dispersed in main chains of a vinyl chloride-based resin obtained by adding the fatty alcohol into a reactor in which suspension polymerization is performed during the suspension polymerization of vinyl monomers or with the start of the suspension polymerization of vinyl monomers and manufactures a vinyl chloride-based resin having improved physical properties such as whiteness, transparency and surface glossing, the delay of carbonization time and off-flavor reduction by maximizing the addition effect of fatty alcohol and improving low temperature processability. |
