<p>Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for analyzing specimen using a cell array substrate. The apparatus for analyzing specimen using a cell array substrate comprises: a light source emitting light; the cell array substrate allowing cells contained in the specimen to be arrayed in at least one groove formed on one side of the flat plate thereof; an image generating part obtained the images of the cells through the light emitted to the specimen on the cell array substrate; and an image processing part extracting information on the cells by analyzing the obtained images of the cells. The apparatus and the method for analyzing the specimen using the cell array substrate are capable of fundamentally removing a problem of deterioration in the performance of an image reconstruction algorithm when the problem is generated by the high density of a sample in an in-line hologram analysis, thereby easily obtaining the information on the cells as the analysis target of the specimen.</p> |
