<p>Disclosed are a system and a method for haptic fiddling. In an embodiment, a sensor signal indicating interaction with an electronic device is received by the electronic device. In response to the reception of the sensor signal, the electronic device outputs an output signal. The output signal is outputted to a display, a haptic output device, an audio device, and/or other output devices. The output signal is able to respond to a modality. After outputting the output signal, another sensor signal indicating another interaction with the electronic device is received by the electronic device. The interaction is able to be associated with the previously received interaction. In response to the reception of the interaction, the electronic device outputs another output signal to the same output device (s) and/or different output device (s). A second output signal is able to respond to at least one modality which is different from the previous output signal.</p> |
