PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless communication device which can present cause and solution for connection failure with a connection partner apparatus.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device comprises: a wireless communication unit 11 for performing predetermined wireless communication processing with a connection partner apparatus 2; a cause-based solution method DB 17 for storing information associating causes and solution methods for connection failure with the connection partner apparatus 2; a connection failure cause determination unit 13 for determining a cause for connection failure when wireless connection with the connection partner apparatus 2 has failed; and a connection failure cause and solution method presentation unit 15 for extracting a solution method corresponding to the cause of the connection failure determined based on the cause-based solution method DB 17, to present the solution method to a user. |
