<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle type vehicle equipped with a stand, which is a vehicle body inclination angle variable stand, has a simple mechanism, and is composed of a small number of components, and can be restrained from rising in cost. <P>SOLUTION: A side stand 31 includes: a stand support part 85 lowered from a vehicle body frame 24; a stand bracket 89 connected to the stand support part 85 via a first pin 86 extending substantially in a vehicle body longitudinal direction and swung in a vehicle width direction until hitting against one of a plurality of stoppers 87 and 88; and a stand arm 92 connected to the stand bracket 89 through a second pin 91 and swung from an upright position to a stored position.
