<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the required thickness of a stiffening rib and the required number of the stiffening ribs while inhibiting shear buckling. <P>SOLUTION: A flange portion 30 provided to a stiffening member 26 is arranged in such a way that a surface 30A thereof faces to a wall body 22. In this way, the moment of inertia of area of a portion between the flange portion 30 and the wall body 22 around a neutral axis X is increased, thereby the out-of-plane stiffness of the wall body 22 is increased.
