<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which achieves optimal cooling performance by forming an external-fan structure enabling fine adjustment of air flow according to the specifications of the rotary electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine includes: a frame covering a rotator and a stator; an end bracket to which a bearing supporting a rotation shaft fixed to the rotator is attached; a fan cover covering an end part of the rotation shaft into which the end bracket is inserted and having an opening at a position facing the end part of the rotation shaft; and a discharge port positioned on the outer peripheral side relative to the opening and discharging air from a space enclosed by the end bracket and the fan cover to an outer periphery part of the frame. Multiple blade attachment parts are provided in the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft protruding from the end bracket and multiple blades are attached so as to be radially arranged with respect to the rotation center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
