<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine in which of a controller or a switch the cause of abnormality exists. <P>SOLUTION: The switchgear operation abnormality detection device has an operation state detector OSD1 which receives a signal of the announcement information of an on-command, a signal of the start information of electrification of a closing coil CC, and a signal of the operational information of an auxiliary contact 52a which responds to a main contact VSMS performing on-operation when the closing coil CC is electrified, and determines that it is the switch on-time abnormality of a control device CCD when the time after the on-command is announced before electrification of the closing coil CC is started deviates from a predetermined time, and determines that it is the switch on-time abnormality of a switch VS when the time after starting electrification of the closing coil CC before operation of the auxiliary contact 52a deviates from a predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
