Furthermore, the system includes a lid removably coupled to the pressure vessel. The system also includes a first fluid pathway extending through the lid, and configured to deliver the first fluid to the first chamber while the lid is coupled to the pressure vessel. In addition, the system includes a second fluid pathway extending through the lid, and configured to deliver the second fluid to the second chamber while the lid is coupled to the pressure vessel.
