The present invention relates to a foldable safety handle and, more specifically, to the foldable safety handle which is composed of a handle, wherein the handle is installed to be fixed on a wall in vertical and horizontal positions. The foldable safety handle is characterized in comprising: a fixing plate which is installed on a rear side of a fixing cover panel; a gas spring composed of a cylinder, which is attached to be fixed on the fixing plate, and a piston rod which is installed to appear from and disappear in the cylinder; left and right support holders which are installed to appear from and disappear in left and right sides of an upper side of the fixing cover panel; left and right fixing members which are installed to be fixed on support portions formed on the left and right holders, respectively; a rotation guiding shaft which is inserted such that both ends thereof are fixed on a shaft receiving hole formed at centers of the left and right side fixing members, respectively; a rotation member which is installed to be inserted into and rotate in the rotation guiding shaft such that the rotation member is positioned between the left and right fixing members; a handle installation bar having an insertion end, which is inserted into an assembly hole formed to penetrate one side of an outer periphery of the rotation member, and a free end, wherein an insertion hole is formed at the insertion end and a connection unit of the handle is connected to be fixed on the free end, and wherein the rotation guiding shaft is inserted to penetrate the insertion end; and a support groove which is provided at the lower side of fixing cover panel to support the free end of the handle. |
