Provided is an arrays substrate for an organic light emitting diode display device which includes a first thin film transistor which includes a first semiconductor material, a first gate electrode, and a first source and drain electrode made of an opaque conductive material and a transparent conductive material, in a substrate having pixels where a switch region, a driving region, and an opening region are defined, and is formed in the switching region of the substrate; a second thin film transistor which includes a second semiconductor material, a second gate electrode, a second source and drain electrode made of an opaque conductive material and a transparent conductive material, and is formed in the driving region of the substrate; a first transparent capacitor electrode which is formed to be extended from the transparent conductive material of the first drain electrode; a first interlayer dielectric which has a drain contact hole exposing the second drain electrode; a second transparent capacitor electrode which is connected to the second drain electrode through the drain contact hole and is formed in the upper part of the first interlayer dielectric; a second interlayer dielectric which has a contact hole exposing the second transparent capacitor electrode; and an anode electrode which electrically connects the second transparent capacitor electrode through a contact hole exposing the second transparent capacitor electrode. |
