<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lip cosmetic composition. The method includes the steps of: grinding a dried natural plant; extracting an active ingredient of the natural plant at 50-70°C after mixing the ground natural plant with oil; separating a mixture of the natural plant and the oil into a solid and natural plant oil by filtrating the mixture; and mixing the filtrated natural plant oil with bees wax. Therefore, the lip cosmetic composition has no risk of rancidity, has an excellent storage rate, and has excellent effects of moisturizing and protecting lips.</p> |
