The present invention relates to a bicycle carrier for a vehicle, which is capable of providing user convenience because capable of being simply fixed to be attached to and being simply separated from an attachment panel as a roof panel on the upper side of the vehicle. According to the present invention, a bicycle carrier installed on the upper side of a vehicle comprises: two vacuum absorption parts arranged back and forth, attached to the attachment panel respectively, and having connection brackets formed to protrude from the upper centers thereof respectively; and a wheel mounting fixing part coupled to the connection brackets of the vacuum absorption parts, arranged back and forth on the upper sides of the vacuum absorption parts, having two connection parts formed on the front and the rear lower side thereof and fixed to be inserted into the respective connection brackets, having a hollow longitudinal case formed between the upper sides of the connection parts thereof, and having a rear wheel fixing part and a front wheel fixing part, wherein the rear wheel fixing part coupled to the upper rear side of the longitudinal case by a hinge part and installed to be tilted upwardly from the lower side thereof to the upper rear side thereof allows the wheel of a bicycle to be fixed to be inserted thereinto, and the front wheel fixing part coupled to the upper front side of the longitudinal case by a hinge part and installed to be tilted upwardly from the lower side thereof to the upper front side thereof allows the wheel of the bicycle to be fixed to be inserted thereinto.
