<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detector and a position detection program capable of detecting the optimum installation position of a micro base station configuring a heterogeneous network in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A position detector 100 comprises: an area setting unit 110 which acquires the information of a map including a predetermined position for installing a macro base station and the information indicating a predetermined size, and then determines a plurality of areas (BIN) by dividing the map by the size; and a position detection unit 130 which calculates the loading of traffic demand for the macro base station, and when the loading exceeds a predetermined threshold, detects the position of an area (BIN) on which the traffic demand concentrates out of the areas included in the coverage area of the macro base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
