<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask improving its function to inhibit a gap formation on both right and left sides of a mask body. <P>SOLUTION: The mask body 2 includes: a plurality of pleats 4a-4d spreadable up and down; and joint parts 20 formed on both right and left sides of the mask body 2 to prevent spread of the pleats 4a-4d.
