<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation varnish impregnation treatment apparatus which concurrently performs two or more impregnation treatments and improves the workability and the maintainability of working tools for taking out rotary electric machines in varnish impregnation treatment processes of the rotary electric machines. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation varnish impregnation treatment apparatus includes: a balance device 5 including multiple varnish tanks 1, 2 for housing rotary electric machines 3, 4, such as generators and motors, and performing insulation varnish treatment of rotors and stators of the rotary electric machines 3, 4 at both sides thereof; an operation part 7 changing the inclination of the balance device 5; and a control device 9 controlling the operation part 7.
