<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device and an image forming apparatus, wherein image disturbance due to movement of a conveying member is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 10 includes: an intermediate transfer body 104; support rolls 116 and 118 supporting the intermediate transfer body 104; and movement prevention rolls 510 and 512 which are located on upstream side of a transfer position P1, where an image conveyed by the intermediate transfer body 104 is transferred to paper, in the moving direction of the intermediate transfer body 104, and prevent the intermediate transfer body 104 from moving toward the support rolls 116 and 118. The movement prevention rolls 510 and 512 are arranged so that their ends 510a and 512a are located on a plane 10 formed by connecting contact positions P4 and P5 where the support rolls 116 and 118 become in contact with the intermediate transfer body 104 respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
